「When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room. 「Shandon House Hotel is a scam. The room in uninhabitable but they exploit the no refund policy and so people arrive, and realise its not viable and then leave, and they keep the money. Hugely disappointed in Expedia who took no interest despite adverting the room in a wholly inaccurate way」
