"The hotel is in a convenient location next to a top notch brewery. It has a nice clean pool and a good gym. The WiFi works very well and the staff is helpful. Unfortunately the gym could use some improvement and more attention. Throughout the stay (3 nights) it was not cleaned, and the towels were not replaced. The trash was full, the container was full of towels, and there were no cleaning wipes available to wipe down the equipment. However, the staff did fix the issue when it was addressed. "

"Restaurant was good. Hotel is not good. Staff dressed poorly and not helpful. On Saturday night of my stay, there was an event with music so loud it vibrated the walls. It went on for 5 hours - front desk assured it would end after an hour - it last 4 hours more. Made room impossible to be in. No apologies, no warnings, nothing. This place only exists because there aren’t many choices. That’s it. Way too expensive for what it is. I wanted a refund on the entire stay but the staff is so bad, I didn’t bother. Stay elsewhere. Horrid. "

"The location is great if you are visiting a UofO student. The rooms are big and clean, they have coffee at the lobby all day. "

"Breakfast is good actually. It doesn’t look like those google comments. Not fancy but good to kill your hungry. I got a room with smell of dog, and it is close to road, sound proof of the room is bad, the motorcycle noise is very loud. Overall not as good as its rate on Expedia."

"Room was clean and felt new. The kitchenette had everything we needed plus some, and was very clean as well. Fitness centers can be hit and miss, but this fitness center was solid. The front desk service was friendly. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "
