Location was great, rooms just disappointing..... stained towels, dirty shower, dirty stove burners with red residue like someone smoked pills off them, room not ready had to ask for multiple things and door keys hardly work like once out of 10 swipes.

The cleanliness and condition of the property was very poor. When there was a kitchnette i expected to have dining ware and limited cookware. No coffee maker either. Was very disapointed.

Had to call front desk to come in after hours. Room was ok but hotel had issues like trash in front of elevator, people vaping outside to talking loudly in the night. Room was not completely ready when we checked in (no towels, no comfortable, no hangers etc). We did not feel safe at all staying there (though nothing happened to us). The overall experience is not good at all and would never want to repeat. Booked by trusting Red Roof but totally disappointed.

Nice staff, not clean.

The staff checking in were super friendly. We switched rooms because the first one wasn’t clean. The 2nd room we went to looked like it had blood smeared around the walls. The front office said they would refund our stay, so we are waiting for that.

Was disappointed that it had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware and no sign stating you could rent them. But for a super budget hotel it least had a micro and refrigerator.
