It’s actually disgusting and unsafe. The guest room I checked into smelled of cigarettes. I tried opening the window but there was no screen and found cigarette butts in the window track. I asked to move rooms after my daughter and I saw two homeless people going into the room below us and a man wouldn’t stop playing his iPhone loudly while smoking underneath our window . I asked to move rooms and was let into another room that also smelled of cigarettes. By this time it was too late and unsafe to move myself and my daughter to another hotel. Not to mentioned I had already paid for two nights via Expedia and the manager of the hotel said there was no hope of a refund. We suffered through the night with wet towels over our faces and awake with burning in our chests. We got the hell out of there at daybreak and wasted the second night. Would never stay here again. This is a hotel for homeless people. They deserve one too, but it shouldn’t be marketed as pet free and smoke free!!!!!!! The other homeless couple checking in had a cat with them and the manager was fine with that.

The on site manager is rude and disrespectful. Calls people names and thinks he is better then everyone. Front desk ladies are awesome. Lots of sketchy people at night hanging out. Car got broke into, they don't have cameras around the property so police said they can't help. Trash all over in the parking lot.

Shower was horrible. There was only a handheld sprayer with no way to attach it like a normal shower head. Had to be constantly held. Bed was very uncomfortable with only a couple of pillows that were very flat. We arrived late and needed a nice shower and good nights rest and sadly, found neither here. Rooms need repairs and updates badly!!
