「This hotel can only tell you if you can use there indoor parking on the day you will check-in. So you cannot reserve a parking spot before hand. This made us drive around for an hour to find a safe parking space in the neighbourhood. Also, the name of the hotel is not written on the building. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a 45 story building. There is no one to check you in. You have to check-in at a kiosk. 「日本人の方へ、ここはホテルと書いてありますがホテルではないです。 そう思う理由: ① フロントありません。 ② ジムなどの施設ありません。 ③ シーツ、タオルの交換ありません。 ④ 掃除もしてくれません。 言ってみれば、エアビー/寮みたいな施設で、予約すると鍵のピンコードをメールで送ってきます。 横にアジア系飲食店(ベトナミーズ、チャイニーズ)があるのは便利だが、目の前の広場にホームレスがたむろしてます。それを見ると、治安が良いようには見えません。 それと、ケルン駅から近いと書いてありますが、徒歩です。30分弱です。 何度も書きますが、ここはホテルではありません。そこだけは気をつけてください。」
