Great room and location

Room was well furnished, very clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The entrance way, hallways and elevator were not well kept and looked like they had not been cleaned in awhile. The washer and dryer are in the basement and requires wifi to connect to an app. I was able to wash clothes but not dry them, apparently because of unstable wifi.

Super great location for restaurant and shopping. However, you need to request each time for cleaning, replace towel and add toilet paper etc…

Had a plumbing issue that took a while to resolve. It was difficult to communicate with staff on site ( not one person we tried to communicate with spoke English-they all spoke Turkish. Would never again stay where there was no lobby or reception ( thought this would be like “living in an apartment”) because my luggage was lost by the airline and because there was no desk, had to stay all day to wait for the delivery. When issues arrived, had to communicate through WhatsApp. Layout was poor-the bathroom was right next to the bed and because the door was frosted glass, could watch every time my partner went to use the commode-there was absolutely no privacy. Did not have the room cleaned or the linens changed in our entire two week stay. We got new towels only because we used the ones we had on the floor when the shower didn’t drain and flooded the floor. Whenever we had an issue, the standard response was to “send us a picture”. It might sound like we didn’t enjoy our stay, but we got used to things and really did enjoy it. In a positive note, loved the location-was very walkable to major sites. Loved having the kitchen. Liked having an eating area, but it was right under the TV, so you had to watch your head and it was hard to watch tv while eating. Also, had a remote control that didn’t even go with that tv so we had to use the knobs on the back of the tv. The view from the room was excellent, and there was the surprise of a Christmas market right outside the door!

Clean and good location

The room is big enough, the location is perfect. A lot of bars cafes and restaurants around, the metro is nearby. It’s clean and confortable. The only thing, there is no reception so a super stinky homeless person made it to our floor!

Moving in new home!

Very good location, may be the best. The room( suite)very well equipped, it combines normal flat with hotel room.good for long stays, if you have to do some light cooking and breakfast. House keeping good but needs little bit improvement. In few words It is almost a home!

Location wise this property was great for visiting the Christmas markets. The communication was really good, they emailed links for when you check in and the codes worked well for accessibility. Comfort wise the mattress was very soft as was the pillow and you did only get one pillow. Amenities were good and there was a lot of storage. The building was warm and felt comfortable. The water pressure was good and the water heated to be a good temperature for showering. The black out curtains worked well and blocked a lot of the really early morning light. Scoring this property on cleanliness is hard because superficially it's very clean and looks well cared, however basic maintenance really let's it's down. Whilst I appreciate some people treat hotels and holiday apartments with a complete disregard and love nothing more than writing scathing reviews. When you've paid money to stay somewhere you don't expect to be brushing your teeth eye to eye with someones blood splatter. Nor do you expect to be wading through water because the shower has flooded, having to remove the build up of former residents hair so that you can have a shower without risking flooding downstairs. Honesty a lick of paint on the walls and regular cleaning of the drains and a lot of the negative reviews we had read after booking here would go away.

Great hotel

Good apartment, next to uban station, only 2 stops from the Dom cathedral and the Hauptbahnhof (main Station). Clean and nice, spacious even for the M flat. And not expensive!

Great location and spacious. But cleanliness could be improved. A lot of dust, wall is dirty, some of the glasses were dirty too. The blind or the curtain was not functioning properly so we had to really careful when we want to open/close the curtain. And during the day its veryyy hot like a summer in August with heatwave.

The stay part was ok. Getting into the property was a major hassle. It has no lobby, so no one to answer questions or help. Also, it was not close to the city center or the train station.

That’s was horrible. I felt bad to stay there , because since we were there they don’t prepare any towels and i send them actually a message that i need a towel but since they just said that they don’t have any personal at Hotel, and for the towels i can take first in the next day at 11:00 am- 15:00 pm. And we would like to take a shower but the drain is clogged and every single water came to the kitchen etc. is really bad. The Hotel is not for recommending. I’m happy only to see the Bad cause is comfortable.

Die Gardinen in meinem Zimmer kamen leider aus der Gardinenleiste, ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber. Im Eingangsbereich und Treppenhaus roch es sehr stark nach Urin.

Sweet am, hört sich erst mal nicht so schlecht an. Kommt man aber dann in das Zimmer wird am schnell klar dass man in einer zweitklassige Jugendherberge angekommen ist. Nicht nur das Interieur ist grausig sondern auch die Sauberkeit ist extrem unter dem Standard. Die Kommunikation ist er eher ja wir entschuldigen uns aber du kannst in deinem Dreck weiter leben. Alles in allem muss man seine Ansprüche schon extrem runterschrauben um in diesen Appartementhotel zu übernachten obwohl es wirklich gut gelegen ist.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem zimmer und der Kommunikation. Alles hat sehr gut geklappt. Das einzige beim Buchen des Parkplatzes wäre wenn man die fahrzeuggrössen nochmal angibt. Denn dies wird beim buchen nicht angegeben und unser Auto kam gerade so ins parkhaus. Vorallem da die parkplätze übereinander sind.

Ich habe in vielen limehome Unterkünften übernachtet, aber diese war leider eine der schlechtesten. Es gab drei kaputte Steckdosen, überall war Staub und es gab starke Abnutzungsspuren. Das einzig Positive war, dass es sehr ruhig war.

Das Studio wirkte au den 1. Blick sehr modern und komfortabel. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche z. B.beim Besteck war nicht ganz okay. Das Bad war sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist in der Feiermeile und deshalb sehr hellhörig. Dafür abersehr zentral.
