"Run down. Looked dirty in places. Sooo noisy on street side. Bed linens were scratchy and didn’t stay put. Staff not very friendly. But location was great."

"parking was bad, It was a hassle every time. Tried to book an extra day and was told it was no longer available; and then was charged. Hotel was advised as a pay at check- in but was charged four days after I reserved. The floor in the room was extremely creeky as well as the bed and wardrobe. The walls were extremely thin as if you were in a home and had to keep your voice down. this was definitely more of a bread and breakfast inn than a hotel. it was surface level clean, but there were stains on the carpet. There was splatters on the wall tub, toilet toilet porcelain was chipped and brown. I felt uncomfortable to shower. I overall would not stay there again."

"The place was overall really good for its price but we had two rooms, one of them had an awful smell. Like something was rotting, to top it off both of our rooms were next to a group of people who were extremely loud and yelling since 5pm and decided to throw a party at night. Drinking and having loud music until past 3 am. We ended up calling front desk and making a complaint about the group and the noise. The next day, while we were watching tv, a couple came to our room and opened the door saying this was their room. Ended up going to the front desk to see what was going on. Basically said that I had only made a reservation for one night for one room and another room for two nights and we needed to pay for another night. At that point I was pretty annoyed because I had receipts and emails proving I had payed and made reservations for two nights for each room. After going back and forth, the manager said “it was accidentally cancelled for two night” so they tried to blame me for a mistake they made. After all that I ended up paying again for another night and waiting for a refund for the cancelled night."
