「The hotel need renovation. New rugs, new bathtubs, hotter water the water back up in the tub when you take showers the tub is old. It looks dirty.」

「Everything was first rate with the exception of the "restaurant" in the lobby. Save $13 bucks; I've had better freebie breakfasts at crummy interstate motels. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Despite the food thing, we enjoyed our stay, so much so that we elected to stay there again on the return leg of our journey. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, comfortable bedding and beds, fluffy and abundant towels, friendly staff.」

「We were upgraded to 2/2 which was unnecessary but nice. The doors on both bathrooms were finding and unable to be closed. The entire facility needs to be renovated (dingy and dark), at least they were working on painting the exterior. The social hour foods were marginal and the young lady working that food area spoke no English and was not able to help with simple requests (why aren’t the beverage taps working, where is the mustard for the hamburgers and hot dogs, etc.).」

「As a single woman traveling alone, I was given a room that connected to another person‘s room. Even though there was a dead bolt, it made me uncomfortable. Also, it was very noisy with the traffic.」

「Kyle, Jerry and the full reservation desk staff were great. The room was clean, the A/C was quiet, a comfortable bed and a great shower, and the selection of breakfast foods was super. Enjoyed my three-night stay and will be sure to choose this hotel again in the future.」

「服务整体不错」

「Great hotel with a very friendly staff」

「If I am ever doing something between Louisville and Lexington, I will be visiting Regina. This house was well-designed as a true BNB with excellent access/security, thoughtful decor, and an extremely welcoming atmosphere. The reviews praising the breakfast are true - but don't just go for the biscuits and gravy, go for the full experience.」

「The room was cleaned and stocked. The staff was polite and helpful about the Kickback. I liked the different food they serve different days of the week. The breakfast was good also. I had a hotel to serve popcorn and free fountain drinks.」
