"Breakfast was great, good variety of food. Room was what we needed, a bit old and outdated: lamps were hard to turn on because the nobs were missing and TV remote didn't work. Check in was quick and easy. "

The air conditioning did not work, the bed was not comfortable, the fan of the air exchanger was extremely noisy. I was disappointed with the room. The upsides were, the room was clean, a nice lobby, the breakfast at the restaurant was good, the staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a good location."

"This hotel is by no means a good hotel, staff sent me to the parking lot as hotel parking was full and that parking lot attendant did not let me park there either. Hotel staff told me to find my own parking then. I was tired of a long drive already and then i had to spent an hour more to find parking about 1 km away."

"Great location for catching a game or show, close to bell center. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were on a high level and the elevator was broken. Ran out of toiletries and had to ask room service for tolit paper and towels"

"Excellent location. Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast with very good coffee options. The room is a good size. Major downfall is parking is off property, which was not a problem for us, as we are mobile adults. This would be a problem for people with low mobility."
