"The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. We arrived early, were given early check-in. We spent the day on a snorkelling trip and were welcomed back despite not spending a second night in Sharm. I highly recommend the resort. Lovely staff, good food and so accommodating our every need. "The service was great. The people were nice despite language challenges. It’s insane how they work round the clock with a smile. The bathrooms could have been more updated, with occasional challenges for hot showers. Food was good, and weather was amazing. Kids loved the aqua park which was our main reason for choosing this resort. "

"We chose Parrotel as we had stayed at its sister hotel lagoon last year and were more than satisfied. We live in Nabq and it is convenient for going back and feeding our cats. The Aqua park hotel made us welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my 70th birthday and the staff were fantastic even providing a cake. A special thanks to our waiter Gooma who was excellent. We have stayed in several hotel and can recommend this as great value for money. We will certainly book again soon "

"I was very happy with the balcony. The cleanliness overall. The staff are all very sad looking and this made it hard to approach them.. When I asked them why they are so sad id often get told they are tired and have worked more than 12 hours. Barely any smiles. They are exhausted "
