"Clean room , friendly staff , variety of food , great service"

"First, the positives from our stay at Cleopatra. We loved the buffet restaurant. The gardens were beautiful. The spa and pools were excellent. Now the negatives. We were looking forward to a pleasant post travel recovery from 6000 miles and six time zones. We specifically requested a quiet room. Upon arrival, however, they upgraded us to another room just steps away from the beach. The following night at 8:00 p.m. an extremely loud sound system started to play music for a pop-up beach party just outside our room, and bright beams of flashing lights lit up the night sky. Low bass frequencies began thumping through and shaking the walls of our room. We complained to guest relations, the concierge and the front desk to no avail. They offered a different room, but this would have been the equivalent of having a flight attendant move you from business class to economy instead of telling a person talking loudly next to you on a plane to be quiet. The booming, blaring music lasted until the party concluded with a fireworks display at 11:30 p.m. The following day we asked that our room not be cleaned so we could rest and recover peacefully, but they entered our room to clean it anyway. We asked them not to call the room, but they called anyway. We want potential future guests to know that Cleopatra Hotel is not for serene relaxation. A good night's sleep is not guaranteed. Cleopatra Hotel is a party venue. "

"Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!"

"An exceptional stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities; they were clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway"

"I stayed at Cleopatra Adult only resort for five nights . Room: My room on arrival was dirty and had mould all over the bathroom. It looked unwashed and unkept. I was disgusted. The toilet was also unwashed and had dirt black stain inside the WC. I had to use the restaurant toilet. I requested for a room change. I was taken to a room on the 6th block which smelled like a pit latrine. The next day I was given another room which still had mould but was not as much as the other. The bathroom walls had blacks stains and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room it self was okay, a good sized double bed and enough wardrobe space. Food : The food was a 7/10. The only drawback was we had only three fruit options for six days which was quite upsetting. Activities: The hotel is very boring. They barely had any activities planned throughout my stay. There was only a foam pool party on Valentine’s Day and that was it. The open space for night games wasn’t used once till I left. Drinks: The fruit juice was crap. Highly diluted with water….. water was better than that. Alcohol wasn’t original, as they didn’t taste as they should. Staff: Most were quite respectful but some were very defensive when asked questions while others kept asking “ when are you leaving?” which I found quite ridiculous. Overall, I believe this hotel should pass as a 3star hotel at most as it doesn’t meet the standards of a five star hotel in my books. The hotel needs serious renovation."

"The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again! "

"The Worst Hotel I Have Ever Stepped Foot In – A Complete Horror Show If you ever wondered what happens when a haunted house, a landfill, and a failed hotel management course collide—this place is the result. Reception: Where Christmas Decorations Go to Die You walk in and are immediately greeted by a Santa with demon eyes, surrounded by “festive décor” that looks like it was rescued from a skip. A ripped pillow stuffed with grey fluff pretending to be snow? Honestly, I’ve seen more convincing holiday spirit in a morgue. Then comes the reception staff: a miserable man who slags off guests in Arabic, confidently assuming no white person understands him. Bad luck mate — we understood every word. Rooms: Biohazard Zones The rooms should come with a health warning. • Urine-stained bed linen — repeatedly. • Floors that look like they’ve never met a broom. • A bathtub decorated with cigarette ends and burn marks, as if someone had hosted a bonfire in it. • A sewage smell from the bathroom strong enough to qualify as a chemical attack. We were moved… straight into another disaster. Dust thick enough to write “clean me” — which stayed there for five days. Bed linen so revolting we slept on our own towels like refugees escaping the plague. Their excuse? “The cleaner doesn’t understand English.” You don’t need English to understand soap, water, or basic hygiene.
