「We chose this hotel as it claimed to have a 5star PADI dive school on site. It was closed! Booked with another school who collected us, but we had missed two days diving. During our visit there were 4 British, 6 Italians, 6 Germans. Everyone else were Russian. Fortunately I speak tourist Russian, but everyone else felt uncomfortable being in the minority. 「It was awful. .. can never be worse. They didn't let me check in because they have a problem with expedia payment even of I was holding my confirmation. I had to cancel my holiday because of that . Suff was very rude and irresponsible . 」

「The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. Maximum travel was 20 minutes to Quad bikes. WiFi was good...

「This hotel should not be operating. No water in the shower or the toilet for the duration of our 4-day stay, and the hotel staff say there is nothing they can do about it. The rooms, bathrooms are other facilities are really old and rundown. The only positive is that the beds are comfortable. 」
