The resort itself is a good place but this does need a lot of work, the gardeners and security guards and reception workers are absolutely amazing and kind but we struggled to get our safe to work or open we called for maintenance and was told they will fix it but no one came and we were left waiting over 3 hours and still was never fixed

Mixed Experience – Great Location, But Needs Improvement The property wasn’t clean when we arrived—the bed sheets looked used and unwashed (we even found short hairs on them). We had to request a change late at night, and to their credit, the staff handled it quickly despite it being outside normal hours. Breakfast was disappointing. It was a set menu with omelette, bread, salad, and some sauces and dips. The quality wasn’t great, so we skipped it the next day. The hotel rooms feel quite dated, though the overall complex is nice—well-kept with plenty of pools. The on-site coffee shop was a highlight, possibly the best I had in all of Sharm (and I tried much more expensive places!). The biggest advantage is the location. It’s about a 30-minute walk to Old Sharm, but taxis are so cheap and easy to find that getting around is no problem.

Worst place I have ever stayed in my life like I was in complete shock well first off they could not find my reservation for the first 30 minutes then finally was able to get a room. The room was the equivalent to almost being on the streets no running water in bathroom sink no toilet paper mold all over the wall also blood stain on the pillow please for the love of god do not stay at this establishment it deserves -100 this place should be shut down and don’t recommend anyone on planet earth to come stay here it will make your trip miserable I was just here over night but was worst hotel experience I had to go through in my life.

A popular resort, lots of greeneey and plenty of pools it was good for the price . Condition of room was average. You could see it wasnt cleaned to a good standard apon check in. locked ourselves out one night and took forever to get back in. They didn't have a spare key so broke in usung a file which was pretty dodgy. Gave my husband a very hard time as they didnt believe we were married and he was the one who alerted front ddesk.So they simply didnt show up and we had to go find someone else to help.Took nearly an hour to get back in at 10pm at night. They supply a kettle but no mugs. They have a kitchenette in the room but no plates, cutlery etc. A word od advuce. Be very wary if booking a private apartment here. we looked at 3 apartments which were beyond disgustung. So dirty, poor furniture and quite shocking. One room in particular needed to be shut down, it was beyond vile. I couldn't believe it was up for rent. Yet the pictures online were showing what appeared fine. Two different versions.

Delta sharm.is our favorite place

Delta sharm has beautiful grounds and many wonderful pools. Oir stay included breakfast and dinner the food was very good, only complaint it wasn t very hot. The area is beautiful and close to everything in Sharm. You really can't beat the room.for the price.

A rental

This is not a 4 star hotel. Actually this is not even a hotel. It is a front desk renting furnished apartments were all work needed seems to be subsidised to other entities. The overall place is a compound owned by many individuals. The 'front desk' owns some of these aparmtents especially on the eastern side. Pros: - located on sharm main str. 'Salam' so easy transportation. - big closed compound. Very green and highly secured. - good furniture. Big room. - many pools . One big one in the middle. - compound is clean and usually quiet in the eastern side except on weekends when local groups attend - A minimarket inside the compound 'Bassem market' that delivers your needs to your apartment. Cons: - no wifi available. -Management has no control on services rendered. - staff not too welcoming nor helpful. They are willing to do the minimum they could think of. - Restaurant is too small and on weekends it would be a big achievement if one was able to get sime food and a table to have his breakfast. I did complain to the front desk and the answer was:' what can I do'. -quality of food is low. - Gym is small and not free. - Owners of other apartments of the compound are renting for cheap which highly influences the overall quality of it. All in all it is acceptable if one gets a good rather cheap ptice.
