Everyone st the hotel was super helpful and friendly and made us feel very comfortable . Good breakfast and plenty of parking too.

The building dated from 1700. Five years ago was purchased by a famous Italian artist that specializes in creating metal sculptures and art. The hotel has 12 rooms and it is a show case of all his gorgeous and beautiful art works. The staff was very helpful excellent breakfast. We stayed in room 01. First floor close to entrance. Huge two story room. First flood huge bed, fire place, seating area. Downstairs to had the bathroom with a lounge area and further down your own private pool with...

We highly recommend this spot! It's an amazing little gem that offers a truly unique experience. The hotel owner has painstakingly rebuilt the entire neighborhood block; the area is so charming and perfect it honestly looks like you've walked onto a movie set. Plus, the hostess gave us an amazing dinner recommendation only a two-minute walk away. Don't hesitate—book your stay

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Not only would I stay there again if in Lecce, or Apuglia, but I am very interested in visiting the sister properties in Morocco and Paris. Attentive staff. Great restaurant. Could not ask for more!

Very convenient location, within easy walking distance of the historic center. The people who took care of us during our stay were very kind and helpful. We had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place, good breakfast, very nice people

This hotel is an excellent bargain in the $100 range. The facilities are brand new.

When we arrived, these 70 somethings were a little unsure of the trendy decor and the fact that there was live music each night of our stay. However we were soon won over by the amazing young staff who worked so hard to ensure that we had a wonderful time. They were all kind and caring and always working with a smile. We loved our rooms and the roof top lounge. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay in Italy!

This was a fabulous place to stay in beautiful Lecce. Really enjoyed the helpful staff, beautiful room, and excellent breakfast!

We have been travelling across southern Italy for three weeks and have stayed in several places which were all nice friendly and clean, but Casa Mamma Elvira stands above the rest for us. The location is central to everything that is historically important to see, and also central to many restaurants and shops. We ate at Mamma Elvira Cucina ,which is adjacent to the B&B and it was amazing, both the service and the food. The staff at the B&B were so kind, friendly and accommodating a special...

This was an amazing stay. The room was clean and up to date. In a summer resort town, we were there in October (shoulder season). You would think the staff would be minimal, but not so. They were in full force ready to assist. The dinner and breakfast were superb! The surrounding scenery of the Adriatic and the coastal vies were great. I would come back here in again.

This Palazzo is an art piece in itself! The art work on the walls, the frescoes in the room, not mentioning that it has one of the oldest/ preserved working kitchens in Italy! The rooms are big and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing and they can accommodate you based on your food needs! We had a wonderful time here and we would recommend this place anytime, especially if you want to feel like the nobles used to feel like back in the day!

Very nice hotel. The only problem was finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. Hotel need to place larger sign. But, overall the staff are helpfull, the breakfast was delicious, the location is close to the historic center. The hotel is clean and safe. I am highly recomend tourists or travelers to book and stay at this hotel if they are planning to travel to Lecce, Italy.

Wonderful! I would return enthusiastically!

Hotel and staff were nice. Breakfast was better than your average hotel. Rom was spacious and had a huge closet. Parking was close, right outside. We had a car and parked in an underground garage (Parkejoo) near the town when we visited the town. Would be about a 20 minute walk and lots of intersections and cross-streets. Plus we had a stroller. So we drove back and forth from hotel to middle of town.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged for a very early morning transfer to the airport which is within walking distance. Charming property with an upbeat boho chic vibe.

Stayed at the patria palace lecce four days and loved it. The hotel is definitely a 5⭐️. The rooms are spacious and the service second to none. Definitely would come back and maybe stay longer! Loved it is an understatement
