The property is inside of an old building and across the park from the train station… the actual street doesn’t seems very appealing but just around the corner is the best walking street that ends on the old city… so even when the first impression might not be the best one, location is excellent!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. It was close to restaurants, shops, and just around the corner from the Basilica di Santa Croce. When I first arrived and noticed there was no front desk, I was a little nervous, as I prefer having someone available in person. But Alessandra completely put my mind at ease. She was incredibly responsive and literally answered any message I sent within a minute. She was super helpful and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent stay

The apartment was beautiful very spacious with a balcony. Very comfortable large bed. Has a kitchenette where we were able to cook. Great bathroom. It has a dressing room. Anything we asked for was sorted straight away. Defiantly recommend to stay and great value for money as we were in the heart of lecce.

The rooms at Santacroce are clean and comfortable and well arranged. Bathrooms are great. Alessandra was very helpful in organising a parking place and getting us a pass to stop on the street nearby to unload the car. She also gave us several restaurant recommendations, even sending a message with an alternative when she realised the one she had given to us was closed.

La ubicación es perfecta , en pleno centro pero no lejos de un parking donde dejar el coche (20euros/24 horas) La habitación es nueva y muy bonita Lo único que no me gusto es que la almohada es muy incomoda (como poner la cabeza en una piedra) y el colchón tiene unos muelles que cuando te mueves revotas mucho lo que es muy incómodo Hay que subir 27 escalones para llegar a las habitaciones, tenerlo en cuenta personas con movilidad reducida y equipajes pesados

O hotel é muito bonito e com ótima localização, mas decepcionou! O quarto estava frio, a Nespresso está nojenta de sujeira, acabou a água quente para banho e a hostess indicou restaurante que está temporariamente fechado.

Santa Croce is tucked away in a quiet corner in an otherwise busy jewel of a town. The room was compact but very efficient. Pretty, all white and minimal / it was very clean and upbeat. It was thoughtfully designed down to every detail. We loved it. Francesca, the reception person taught us a new word to describe the hotel - it is a bonbonieri. ❤️

Struttura nel pieno centro storico con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Croce. Stanza grande (suite) e pulizia giornaliera. Unica nota negativa è che non dispone di ascensore (presente una ripida rampa di scale). Per quanto riguarda il parcheggio si ha la possibilità di entrare nella ztl per lo scarico dei bagagli ma per la sosta è necessario parcheggiare fuori la zona (dopo il mare è un’impresa).

Nel sito ho prenotato la stanza con la COLAZIONE per TRE PERSONE compresa. Non è stata servita la colazione alla mattina e non è presente nella struttura luoghi idonei al consumo della colazione; il servizio di colazione NON è per nulla presente in hotel; nella stanza era presente un bollitore d’acqua con le bustine per il thè come in tutte le strutture con stelle equivalenti a quella prenotata. Probabilmente HOTELS.COM dovrebbe essere più preciso in quello che offre.

Privacy, comfort and style in the heart of Lecce.

This is the second time we've stayed at Santa Croce because we loved the room so much last time! The Santa Croce Luxury Rooms are in a fantastic location right in a small square, the Piazzetta Riccardi Gabriele, in the heart of historic Lecce. If you can, book The Suite as it is the largest room by far, and has a small balcony overlooking the square. It has a spacious bathroom with huge shower area, a small kitchenette, large living room and bedroom in the one space, and dressing area. The room is clean, modern and stylish, and very quiet, and the architectural detailing and lighting is very good. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are easy to access and secure.
