「The location is (as you can easily tell on a map) outside of Nashville so you will be driving/ride-sharing in if Broadway etc is your destination, but it's walkable (20 mins) to the Opry (5-8) to Nashville Palace and some good bars/food options. Hotel is what you'd expect - clean, comfortable and the staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent. It was quiet at night and felt safe arriving back late at night. All in all a very pleasing stay.」

「Amazing staff, great breakfast , overall highly recommend only thing for the days of our stay the wifi was not good at all and they say free shuttle to certain locations but it was never available as they say not enough staff so it was and extra expense for transportation to the locations that we should not have had to pay for as on the hotel information it said free shuttle it should be said not available if lack of staff or they should come good to refund the transportation amount . Hopefully...

「I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!」

「Fun property. Well maintained with clean rooms. There was no staff on site, which I knew ahead of time. I was sent instructions so checking in and out was easy. Still, it was odd not seeing anyone, staff or guests. No complaints, but not sure I would stay again.」
