「Food was good and room.clean」

「This hotel is dated and could use an upgrade. It is in a good location but the towels are child towels and the rooms need remodeled.」

「We weren't able to check in until late due to all day travel. We got there with kids half asleep and trying to hold them plus a cart of luggage, they sent us up to a room that had not been cleaned! There was trash in the baskets, soap was opened and used, countertops dirty...and we had to pack back up the bags onto the luggage cart and haul everything with kids back downstairs! The lady apologized, but had to get help to figure out how to switch out rooms. The breakfast was pretty pitiful, and...

「No Hot Water , No WiFi, TV didn’t work! It’s under construction, couldn’t walk freely because workers are blocking. Chemical smell from paint is super strong that gave me headaches !!! Beds are very small. Drilling noise early in the morning woke me up, elevators are dirty and under construction . Gym was closed. Worst experience!!! They should let people know before booking! Parking lot is also full of trash. We paid so much , I’m definitely not coming back!!!!!!」

「The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!」

「We had the honeymoon suite, which was fantastic.It was huge and appropriately decorated for the era. The grounds aren't huge, but they're very well maintained. It's in a very convenient location to pretty much anywhere around nashville. The breakfast each morning was fantastic.」
