「The check in staff was nice. The room was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the towel animals. With the large space available a small couch would be more useful than a random chair in the middle of the room. The pillows were ok, but the bed is soft as concrete. We wanted to swim for a few minutes however it was like a full fledge sauna, and the smell of chlorine burned our throat and eyes as soon as we walked in the room. That was one of the reasons that we booked this...

「This property did not have hot water, it was dirty, the toilet didn’t work, and it had electrical issues. It’s under construction. It pretty much looks like a motel if not worse. No one answers the phone so Expedia can’t issue the refund.」

「The Russell is a cute and unique hotel. I love the stained glass windows, they really stand out. Management was so communicative and welcoming, and made sure the check-in and checkout processes were super simple. The room had everything we needed and I loved the smart tv so I could stream my movies. I would definitely stay there again and have recommended this hotel to my friends!」
