「I had a very disappointing experience at Comfort Inn Cleveland. The service was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. 「May be I overlooked the terms and condition. The whole family was so shocked that this "hotel" does not provide room housekeeping service. We lived at the Sky level (quite expensive as this is the relatively higher room type) for 5 nights, but the hotel would not change towels, would not clean trash bin, would not tidy bed sheets until we complained, then they bring us some towels and clear our trash bin 1 time during our stay.
