「Clean place rooms very clean the staff is extremely accommodating and the location is wonderful quiet area even tho its in a small town I highly recommend Grey Swan. They went out of there way for me to assist me and my personal needs. Best place i have ever stayed i am 64 thats a long list to be at the top of being the best place ever. Met some iteresting people who also stayed at the Grey Swan.」

The bathroom had only one set of towels and one roll of toilet tissue, and no one answered when we called the front desk for assistance. The elevator smelled strongly of wet dog, made me feel sick, and operated so slowly that we worried it might malfunction. The third-floor ice machine was broken,...
