「Hesitate to make a review for this hotel. They were very nice and accommodating and we only wish we could have stayed longer - a hidden jewel for sure. One piece of advice that we have for this hotel is that they should offer to sell ice cream as no other facility in all of Minturn has such a place. Overall this was a great stay and could not be happier with our choice.」

「It's a well maintained budget motel that is in the heart of Frisco. Staff was kind and everything was great! There's no a/c but it's manageable in a mountain town and everything works well, is clean, and I'll definitely stay again! It's a good spot to rest when the priority is being outside enjoying the best that the Colorado outdoors has to offer!」

「The beds need to be replaced and all the pillows were lumpy. We heard from several guests that sleep was difficult due to the beds and lumpy pillows. The interior seemed very clean and the parking was very convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, but the coffee in the lobby was overly strong. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and personable.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
