Can’t say enough of how accommodating The Galatyn Lodge was. Jodi, Josh, and Bridgett, could not have been any better. I would stay at the Galatyn Lodge again for sure. Super clean, spacious, and parking was excellent. Conveniently located! This place is a no brainer!

Exemplary service from Jodi from the minute I checked in to check out. I came to Vail for a concert at the Ford Amphitheater. The lodge was an easy walk to that as well as downtown. Had close grassy/walk areas for my dog. Probably the only thing I wished for was a fridge and microwave in the room for quick meals/snack.

Will Stay Again

Highly recommend staying at the Galatyn Lodge. More private/less crowded than the other options yet still right in Vail Village. Heated pool is basically a huge hot tub, ski locker very convenient for storing gear, quick walk to Gondola One. Can walk everywhere from the lodge as it's directly in Vail Village near all the shops and restaurants - we didn't touch the car until we left which was stored safely and easily in the underground garage. Employees were super friendly and helpful - can not say enough about the staff. Room itself was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable. We checked out Sunday morning but had plans to ski so the staff let us keep our car in the garage, our gear in the ski locker and even gave us a pass to go to an awesome spa/locker room to shower and clean up after skiing/before our drive home. If you like a large hotel feel with a big lobby that has a bar and lots of people, this is not for you, but if you prefer a more secluded, quiet, luxury, easy experience and value convenience and comfort over all else, the Galatyn Lodge is perfect for you. Might regret writing this review if the Galatyn gets more popular and is full all winter! Without a doubt will book Galatyn Lodge for my next trip to Vail.

Just had the best vacation in Vail at the Galatyn Lodge. Staff was super friendly and amazing. The accommodations were set up perfectly for a ski/summer adventure. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is clean and very convenient location. The staff is very friendly knowledgeable and available to help you. They communicate before arrival offering help with reservations and anything else. Our room was spacious comfortable clean.

Everything is perfect!

The Galatyn Lodge was simply the best place I have stayed at during a ski trip. The place is clean, very organized, and the location is perfect. It is almost ski-in/ski-out (within one block). Also, there is a bus stop right in front of the Lodge that runs every 3min and is one stop away from Golden Peak (if you don't want to walk that one block). The amenities are perfect. Ski lockers are in the lobby (so no walking up/down stairs), very clean and organized, and stocked daily with snacks, hand warmers, chapsticks, and sun screens. Finally, the service and staff are outstanding. On the 2nd night of our stay we had a leak in the bathroom. Within 10min of alerting the manager to the problem, he showed up with new sets of keys to another room and helped us relocate. I will definitely go back to this place on next trip to Vail.

Every staff member we ran into were so friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of our room and the small family feeling. The location was great to be able to walk everywhere needed. Would go back and very much recommend.

Great find in Vail Village!

This was a great find! It was a clean and overall comfortable place to stay, with a location that is impossible to beat. Plus, it's dog friendly! The pool was beautiful and warm for a wonderful evening swim. Parking across the street was easy (the garage was full). Josh, the assistant property manager, was incredibly accommodating and helpful. My only complaints are that the bed is a serious rock and is very noisy. Also, the desk chair is ready for replacement. The room is also desperately in need of a mini fridge and a fan. But, overall, I'd recommend this property, and we do hope to stay here again!

Very comfortable and convenient hotel with friendly helpful staff. I felt very welcome during my stay because of the nice people working there. Location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and quiet and beautifully appointed.

We had a great stay at this property. Very quiet, centrally located and very clean. The only improvement would be adding a small refrigerator and microwave. It was a pain running for ice to keep our drinks cold.
