「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for and was extremely comfortable throughout our trip. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!」

「The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our stay, although more mugs and wine glasses would have been appreciated. One of the rooms had a faulty tap. I contacted the owner in the morning and it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent for Universal and an Uber to Disney is reasonable.」
