"Great view of the bay right when you check in. Staff are very nice and friendly. All speak english. We did have an issue with the AC but we were accommodated extremely nicely and they fixed the issue right away. Great buffet. We are muslim and they had halal options available, labeled as well. They can also shuttle you to popular locationa like Patong. It is far from the airport but time flies as the drive is scenic. We got the 2 bedroom villa. It was perfect and amazing. This is bay far the beat hotel, resort and room/villa I've ever stayed at. Room servicw food was delicious. American cuisine reminds you of home and the Thai food is authentic. "

There was one room service staff member who seemed consistently grumpy, but in a way it became a bit of a running joke for us — it added character to the place rather than taking anything away. From start to finish, the experience was flawless, deeply inspiring, and unlike any other.
