「The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. 「Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive.」

「I have been here so many times that I cannot, over 20 years to say the least, one of if not the best place for me personally, everything was great from the food to the cleanliness and of course the wonderful impeccable service that the Shangri-La is famous for. What a wonderful stay and yes I will always return here for many years to come」
