「The power was out in the city when we arrived, the staff met us at the door with flashlights to help us get checked in and took us to our rooms. They were super accommodating even with no power. Luckily that evening it finally came back on any the great service didn't stop」

「The woman who checked us in last night was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had to leave very early this morning to get my son, who was home from the military, to the airport to get back to his base. We were in a hurry, but the doors wouldn't open and nobody was around. We were kind of hollering "hello". 「The room was very clean, the exception was the bathroom cabinet was a tiny bit dirty and there was a child’s toy on the floor. Otherwise it’s one of the cleaner rooms I’ve stayed in for a long time. Typical hotel noises. The room was nice and large and comfortable for 6 of us. Sheets were very soft. Loved all the cabinets and countertop space as well as the kitchen area.
