「We stayed at Grandeau Thermal Spa Resort on the 16th–17th of May and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed overall. The biggest issue was the general cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and facilities, which did not meet the standard we expected, especially for somewhere calling itself a “resort and spa.” The rooms felt extremely bare and empty, lacking any warmth or atmosphere. 「The staff at the counter is friendly and kind. The motel is a little bit out dated but the good tradition of a fine motel remains. It’s my second time visiting the motel. I recon’ the price/value is comparable.」

「It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.」

Cold tap made a dreadful noise when turned on...needed fixing. Wardrobe to hang up things had no pole to hang anything on. Never stayed in a place that was so rough. The picture online was lovely but was nothing like the place.」
