「Our room was excellent. It was clean, had plenty of storage and the bed was super comfortable with the best pillows ever. Hotel staff were polite and responsive to our requests. The hotel location is perfect for visiting downtown Santa Fe. The only flaws were 1) the shower curtain did not keep water in the shower so we soaked our small bathroom each time we showered, and 2) the hotel lobby is not cozy and comfortable like other hotels in the area. We made a booking on short notice for Christmas night after finding out family would be in the area, so we weren't too concerned about amenities, just proximity to the house our relatives would be staying in. We didn't speak to any staff until check-out due to the holiday.
