If you need anything, he will provide and with a smile The renovation is very good from previous owner and will be even better with small improvements. I was very happy with the continental breakfast, the neighborhood, right in the middle of my traveling plans, and close to nearby restaurants. Be sure to try Teresa's Italian in Martell. 「Unfortunately the cleanliness of this hotel was terrible. The entire room smelt like animal urine and it was just an awful smell we had to sleep with the windows open. Not only that but when we woke up the next morning there were fleas on us. The beds are infested with fleas. Do not stay here.」

「The room is just for sleeping and there is no drawer for clothes hangers. When asked, the office staff said that they don't provide any. So there is no cup for brushing teeth and no hot water kettle for making coffee. It is very simple and the charges are not cheap. The only advantage is that it is very convenient near the shopping mall.」

「It was warm hot but property hadn’t switched over to AC so was given a standing fan. Incomplete set up in kitchen. Had to ask for bowl and spoon, which staff was able to find. Charming property. Next time, will try to get a room that faces street. Great, helpful, knowledgeable front desk staff. 」

「Very nice place to stay. Staff was very nice; the room was nicely done as far as looks and cleanliness. The shower tub had a lower entry which is great for older adults. Confrontable king size bed. Short walk to downtown Sutter Creek. Safe area for walking. No need to Uber for a ride. It has a gym and a bar. Although we did not check out the bar. 」
