「NOTE: ADULTS ONLY !!! Booked this resort 5 hours before our planned departure due to a scheduling issue at another resort. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the resort is less than a year old very nice, fresh and clean. Staff were helpful and extremely kind the entire time we were there (8 Nights), Room was perfect, had a wonderful view of the east end of the island, into the ocean, unfortunately in the future this will disappear due to the construction of a family-oriented resort...

No facecloths or pool towels. The staff isn't there very often and when you try to call them they don't always answer the phone, or texts for that matter. This was the only frustrating thing about Juanedu.」
