"Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast."

" The hotel’s grounds, location and facilities (especially the pool) provide a level of peaceful serenity one does not expect to encounter when staying in the middle of a large metropolitan city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. Only thing my wife and I didn’t care for was the layout of our bathroom which was a bit odd, I’d request a room with an additional or sink/vanity not in the bedroom if I were to visit again and a toilet door that closed completely. The private outdoor jacuzzi tub was a very nice touch though. "

We had to leave very early in the morning and were grateful for the breakfast being ready for us in the morning. Felt very safe and secure even in the heart of the city. Would stay here again!"
