Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.

The hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.

Ladera hotel - rate it as one of best in Santiago!

Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!

Everything was very clean, the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood very close to San Cristobal Hill and Costanera tower. Everyone in the reception and restaurants was very attentive, I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

This was an excellent hotel for our three night stay. A great location- central for shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. The rooms were very good and the staff were outstanding and went the extra mile for every request.

Comfortable stay close to many spots

Comfortable beds with great selection of fruits during breakfast. Staff is helpful. Bath products were well selected. Pool was nice to use. I’d stay here again when visiting Santiago

Really nice boutique hotel in safe quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool is great for relaxing and catching sunrise and sunset over city. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Modern clean and comfortable rooms.

Nice central location, feels safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but some of the curtains were torn. Many of the rooms face a busy road and there was a lot of street noise at night

We had a great stay at Ladera hotel. All the staff were very warm and friendly and they arranged a welcome dish for my birthday which was much appreciated. The pillows were really quite firm and high for our liking but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was simple but good and the housekeeping staff were very thorough (even replacing soap bars when plenty of use still lift which we think is unnecessary). Location was great, with a short walk to the subway and some really nice restaurants. All in all we'd happily stay there again if in Santiago.

Fantastic pastries at breakfast. Convenient location within a short walk of the metro and the cable car. Good sized, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff. Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait.

Enjoyed our stay at Ladera. Staff were extremely helpful during our 5 night stay, and communicated to us in English which was unexpected but certainly appreciated. We loved the modern feel, and our king room was quite spacious, although did miss not having a desk to work on. Due to the outside heat, it was difficult for the A/C to keep the room cool during late afternoon and early evening (despite keeping our drapes closed) as we were located on the sunny street side. Location was great, and there was a HOHO Bus stop just across the street! We also appreciated use of their bikes, and storage of luggage for a few days. Rooftop pool and bar service was nice. Overall, a great stay.

Nice stay near Costanera

The hotel was nice but some things were weird. I booked myself a day early as I would be way too early for the checkin. I hadn’t been allowed to pay online for some reason. I arrived to find they had cancelled my booking and tried to charge the entire stay plus a $300 deposit on my credit card. My credit card company rejected the transaction as they had no authorization from me. They did let me check in and didn’t charge me for one night and gave me free breakfast for my stay but still it seemed odd. Besides that it was a nice enough hotel. A staff member did disturb me at 6pm every night to check the minibar. I’m not sure why this couldn’t have been done during the day. Room is very nice and it’s close to the Costanera centre. Área is really nice and safe. Staff are friendly.
