When I arrived, the hotel didn’t have the Hoteles.com information available, I had to email them the confirmation ticket from the app. The room that they give me had 4 single beds (instead of the single bed that I reserved). There was some mold on the walls of the room. It was big, though.

Não indico este hotel

Hotel em mal estado, mal cuidado. Haviam cabelos na minha roupa de cama (embaixo da manta...no lençol mesmo). Não é possivel relaxar nesse hotel pela precariedade das coisas, você fica preocupada com tudo, desde higiene até instalações. Não indico.

Hôtel bien situé.

Bien placé, au centre ville, on est proche du transport public et de certains sites d'intérêt. On regrette cependant des installations un peu vétustes et trop de bruit pendant la nuit à cause de la boîte de nuit située juste à côté.

O hotel tem de melhor a sua localização e estacionamento fácil, porém caro quando se trata de pernoite. Hotel antigo, castigado, tem uma equipe de recepção muito indiferente ao hóspede. O maior atrativo é sem dúvida a localização.

Location is good.

The hotel staff was not that friendly and careful. They wouldn't provide any help or answer your questions and the access card to the room did not work and had to come down via stairs asking reactivating twice.

El hotel esta horrible, de hecho es de paso, nada que ver con las fotografías que ponen en la página ni con el número de estrellas que muestra en la página, muy inseguro, las ventanas no cierran, tuve que cambiar de hotel después de la primer noche ahí y se niegan a hacerme un reembolso de las noches que no estuve, así que mi estancia en el país me costó lo doble de lo presupuestado. Terrible de verdad

Horrível!

Ao chegar notamos que no quarto não tinha água quente, estávamos num frio de 3°. Liguei pelo menos umas 4 vezes na recepção e água não "esquentou", deixamos a água ligada, a pedido do recepcionista, por muito tempo. No banheiro não havia um amenitie e nem tapete! Os recepcionistas não sabiam indicar nem o restaurante da esquina e não foram solícitos para nada! Foi muito desagradável!

HOTEL NÂO CONDIZ COM O QUE ESTÀ NO SITE HOTEIS.COM

Três coisas não me deixaram satisfeita: wi-fi não funciona dentro dos quartos, se precisar usar precisa se dirigir as áreas comuns; chuveiro com problema, quando colocava na água quente diminuia o volume da água; tomar banho bem complicado dentro de uma banheira em pé com risco de cair ao sair; e o café da manhã oferecido por um serviço terceirizado anexo ao hotel de péssima qualidade... Hotel bem localizado, mas precisando de reparos.

Do not go to this hotel

I had read mixed reviews about this place and thought that it would be on the shabby end of acceptable. We were shown a total of three separate rooms on the fourth floor and all of the them were absolutely unacceptable to stay in. They had open holes in the walls, mildew and mold on the ceilings and evidence of serious structural decay in the rooms. Several parts of the hotel were in darkness due to non-functioning lights. This place is not simply a little past its prime, it is an actively neglected property with substandard rooms. While the staff were helpful and respectful, we were so disappointed we left after one night. I am hopeful Travelocity can get us a refund, but frankly they should not partner with this property at all. This is not even worth it for the cheap price.

Nice central location

This hotel is two blocks from the Plaza de las Armas, which has both the cathedral and many radiating pedestrian streets filled with vendors and tourist oriented things. That's the good part. The hotel has seen better days. The towels were frayed and thin, the lighting pretty bad in the room, and since I got an interior room (windows onto a light well), no view at all, but definitely couldn't help but hear another couple going at it throughout the day (three times). There's no complimentary breakfast, and the adjoining cafe seemed like a ripoff.

Úrgele renovación.

El lugar está céntrico pero está muy feo. Está muy viejo y descuidado. Tal vez estaba a la vanguardia a principios de la dictadura de Pinochet pero YA NO. Le urge una super renovación y mejorar todos los servicios, sobre todo el "restaurante" y lo pongo entre comillas porque eso es más bien un congal. Con una mega limpieza, completa renovación y tal vez un exorcismo y este sería un hotel agradable.
