「Hotel room is clean and comfort. The swimming pool is a bit small but can enjoy super city view. Location is just 5-10 mins walk to the SKY mall, the tallest building in SA, but needs 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is very good. Counter staff is very friendly, nice services.」

「My daughter, son, and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Loreto very much. The staff there was so welcoming, courteous, and kind. The location was very good and walking distance from most of the major attractions in Santiago. It is also near several metro stations if you want to use public transit. While the hotel does not serve breakfast, they do offer the most amazing coffee throughout the day. One the first floor, there is a very cozy dining room where you can eat in and meet other travelers. ...
