An inexpensive hotel

Hotel room is clean and comfort. The swimming pool is a bit small but can enjoy super city view. Location is just 5-10 mins walk to the SKY mall, the tallest building in SA, but needs 15 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is very good. Counter staff is very friendly, nice services.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!!!

Foi péssimo. Anunciam um quarto novo e caro, mas na hora do checkin nos entregaram um quarto velho e com cheiro de mofo. Reclamei na recepção do hotel e informaram que não havia disponibilidade na parte nova do hotel, só na velha. Disse que estava muito insatisfeita por não ter esse tipo de informação no site de anúncios "HOTEIS.COM" e o recepcionista nos informou que não colocam para não ter esse tipo de preferência informada... que infelizmente não poderia fazer nada. Foi total propaganda enganosa e o café da manhã é muito fraco. A única coisa razoável é a localização.

Hotel Limpio y con buen servicio de Internet

Habitaciones limpias, Servicio de Internet va bien con wifi y tienes acceso a Ethernet en la habitación. Cerca del costanera Mall y del centro financiero de la providencia en Santiago. Aunque las habitaciones son pequeñas cubren las necesidad de un viaje de negocios

close to station and GREAT STAFF

The locations is not the best from town but it is across the road from a great shopping centre and 10 minute walk from the station which is in turn 10 minute ride from the main area [Plaza de Arms University De chile stop]. The best thing about the hotel were the staff. Staff would go out of their way to mark things on our maps, make personal recommendations and check how things were or things they were recommended. This was a close second to the rooms that were impeccably clean and had the fluffiest and whitest towels we came across in south america. The beds as well were fanastic.

Sorpresa en el último desayuno

Buena estadía y buena atención del personal. El desayuno estaba incluido de 7-10hs. Salimos del hotel a las 6,20. Nos cobraron $13.000 por dos personas aludiendo que no estábamos dentro del horario. Precio excesivo y sorpresivo. Mala política de servicios. El resto muy bien.

Zona muy tranquila, con parques para dar un paseo o correr. Solo cruzar el rio y estamos en providencia mi zona preferida de Santiago con sus restaurantes personalizados , susa cafés sus centro comerciales, sus parques sin olvidar Tolabava o el callao para seguir hasta los condes. En el Hotel la gente muy amable, y disponible.Recomendo

Muito bom hotel

Hotel muito confortável com um bom café da manha. Quarto amplo com dois ambientes. Não há ar condicionado no local onde se dorme apenas na ante sala o que deve ser desconfortável no verão. Sugiro colocar a televisão que fica no quarto um pouco mais alta pois fica difícil de enxergar quando está deitado.

No me fue bien

La habitación no era cómoda y pedí cambio desde mi llegada y a pesar de haber habitaciones disponibles, álvaro, el jefe de reservas no me quiso ayudar. De otro lado, me recomendaron un servicio de taxi en la recepción que me cobró el doble de lo que usualmente cuesta. Un punto a favor fue el servicio del restaurante y la atención de Rafael.

Ok hotell nära till tunnelbanan.

Vi bodde en natt på hotellet som ligger nära tunnelbanan och det helt invid det nybyggda shoppingcentret med utkiksterass över hela Santiago. Bra rum, men air-conditioningen kunde fungerat bättre. Skönt med en takpool att kyla av sig i. Frukosten var ok, men inte mer.

Todo perfecto. El hotel super lindo, la ubicación está bien. Si bien es del otro lado de la avenida y esta un poco "alejado" es solo cruzar una calle, no molesta hacerlo.

The hotel was in good shape, close to a highway and little noise (you need close double windows), the room was clean but the elevator was a little smelly due to a recent painting). The breakfast was very good, the hotel service was good and nice. The location was Ok and 10--15 minutes walking to the shopping mall.

Inviertan un poco en los jabónes

El hotel esta bien. El aspecto exterior es excelente, pero internamente es de techos muy bajos, oscuro y parece muy antiguo. Los pasillos tienen luces que se activan cuando uno pasa. El problema es que se encienden solo cuando uno esta cerca del detector y duran poco tiempo encendidas. El baño deja mucho que desear, muy chico, pero lo mas molesto es el jabon que dejan. Es incomodisimo ya que es super chico y de bajisima calidad. Es una tonteria, pero resultaba imposible bañarse.

IMPRESSIONADO!!!

Hotel confortável, quartos amplos, funcionários atenciosos e limpos, café da manhã bem servido, e com uma ótima localização, ficando centralizado entre os bairros de providência e Los Condes, próximo de um dos maiores e mais modernos shoppings de Santiago, de restaurantes e bares e também não muito distante do parque bicentenário. Recomendo muito o Hotel. Preço bom e ótima qualidade geral.
