Es un hotel antiguo que se quedó en sus mejores años. Guardapolvos de pluma it, cerámicos quebrados, la gente del aseo nunca respetó el “no molestar”. Ya me había quedado ahí años atrás y por eso volví pero después de esta estadía creo que ya no más.

Amplio y tradicional

Habitación grande, pulcritud en general dentro de la habitación, jabones y shampoo pequeños de cortesia. Frigobar funcionando, camas amplias (faltaban respaldos,se corrian al apoyarse), ventanas anti ruido exterior. En general muy comodo.

Terrible check-in

My check-in was terrible (on 1 June 2021 at 630pm). The woman refused to speak 1 word in English and at the same time she didn't even say "welcome" in Spanish. In fact, the only thing she said was "eight floor" in Spanish. She didn't give me the wifi password and she didn't explain the breakfast arrangements to me (which I found out the next morning was very important as they bring it to your room at a certain time and you don't have it in the dining hall as usual). The airconditioners in nearly all the rooms have their knobs removed so that guests cannot use this feature (despite the hotel advertising that it has airconditioning), so beware of that as well when you book a hotel in summer or in the middle of winter. To the owner of this hotel: Please invest in friendlier and more helpful staff that also speak at least some basic English, if you want people to come and stay at your hotel.

Acabamento deixou a desejar. Mofo no teto e nas paredes. Pessoal da limpeza muito atencioso, na recepção nem tanto. Não consegui ficar todos meus 14 dias que paguei por problemas pessoais e não me reembolsaram os dias restantes. É barato e bem localizado, apenas.

Me encanto. Si bien no es un edificio nuevo y de lujo esta en un lugar privilegiado. Las habitaciones grandes muy grande... Limpio!!! Y el personal muy amoroso..!!! Me hicieron huevos de desayuno!! Siempre pedir una Habitación con vista al Cerro Santa Lucía

While the employees were nice people, the services not so much! Cleanliness is subpar, it feels like it hasn't been renovated in 30-40 years and the furniture looks just as old, linnens and towels and everything else is old and used. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Location seems OK.

Great location

We've arrived very early in the morning but the hotel staff was allowed us for early check in. Although, when we've been there, it's very spooky, feel not safe at all. But, it's very lovely area with the arts and stroll, and it's very safe. It's very convenient to walk around the city from the hotel, or take a metro.

Poderia ser melhor

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Viajamos em um grupo de nove pessoas. Os quartos de casal eram excelentes. Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Porém 5 pessoas do nosso grupo ficaram em um quarto denominado familia. Esse quarto era divido em duas acomodações mas para a nossa surpresa ar condicionado somente em uma das partes. Se não bastasse a agua no chuveiro não esquenta. Quando questionados a recepção do hotel nos disse que nada poderiam fazer. Outro destaque negativo é o café da manhã. Simplesmente terrível. Nao tem frutas. O suco é de pó. Apenas pão de forma com apresentado (presunto de segunda categoria) e queijo. Quase não a reposição. O café é do tipo Nescafé. Não oferecem um bolo. Absolutamente nada.

FATAL! Cancelé mi reservación con 1 mes anticipado a la estadía. La razón: la situación social de Chile. El hotel se negó a reembolsar el pago que ya había hecho. Alegaron que en Chile la situación era normal. Escribí correo electrónico directamente al Hotel. Nunca me contestaron. Tampoco me han devuelto NADA del dinero. La reservación pagada era por 2 noches. No quiero ni pensar cómo sería el trato a los clientes. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.
