「This hotel is under construction. Our rooms windows were covered outside (no view whatsoever) as they were actively jack hammering out front of the hotel by 8am. Down the hall a crew was active daily, so if you want to book a stay, be ready for some construction activity all around you. It's a beautiful old hotel in need of renovation, but unless you enjoy being in the middle, I'd book elsewhere in Manitou Springs until they finish the job.」

「The place is like you would expect from a "Quality" Inn. Rooms are scarsely decorated and the walls are paper thin so you hope to have no neighbours or at least very quiet ones. Doors shut noisily and no one seems to have learned middle of the night or early morning etiquette to be quiet and hold doors so they don't slam. 「The Outrider hotel was a great stay!! All of the staff were amazing and also helpful with any questions we had about the area. The rooms were very modern and clean. Including a nice tea pot in room and coffee in the lobby for the morning!! The sauna/cold plunge along with the hot tub were all in new condition and were very convenient after a long day. The fire pit area was relaxing as well. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a luxury and welcoming stay!!」

「The hotel and area is very nice. Beautiful. I wasn’t satisfied with the massage at the spa considering I asked for deep tissue and paid over $700 for a couples massage. I left still feeling like I needed a massage. Other than that, the food was delicious at the onsite restaurant. The views were amazing. The hairstylist at the salon was wonderful.」

「Perfect for a Couples Getaway. Very clean freshly remodeled cabins. Good for introverts with fully contactless check-in. There was a small issue with the wifi but the person that runs the place was very speedy about moving me to a new room with better signal, one of the nicest guys. 100% recommend and we shall be back.」
