「Amazing place, very safe. Great location since it’s close to a tube train as well. No a/c but not a problem.」

「交通方便，19、38公車站牌走路幾分鐘就到，地鐵站跟大英博物館也在走路十幾分鐘就到的地方，Brunswick Center有大型超市（中西皆有），自己煮食也很方便。附近維吾爾餐廳Atush的大盤雞也不錯吃，炒青菜價格也不錯。有一天因為使用微波爐的問題需要員工幫忙處理，員工也非常有耐性，最後還幫我搬了一台微波爐來。 唯一小小的缺點就是，房間比照片稍微有點不同，比我想像中小跟舊一點，總之我一個人住了7晚，安全方面也還不錯，如果有機會是個我還會想再回去住的地方！」

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...

「I've returned to Numa because I love this location and the amenities. It's clean, comfortable, and the gathering room on the lower level is very nice to work or have a meal.」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Very nice reception staff and located in a good location, close to public transportation. Internal cleanliness and comfort are good. However, the building is quite old and there were several days when the lifts were out of order. 」
