「Having only stayed here for a brief period, arriving after midnight and departing in the morning, I must say the entire experience was truly delightful. The hotel, though rated as a three-star establishment, boasted a reception staff that provided a five-star level of service. The property itself was well-maintained, and the room was exceptionally spacious with lovely views. Furthermore, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was quite tasty.」

「Great views from the rooms. Great amenities (gym, pools, etc.). I already told local friends this should be the place they recommend to others who come to visit. Easy parking in the area (compared to other places) and easy to get around. Staff was also excellent - friendly and responsive. 」

Excellent Breakfast varieties, good affordable restaurant for lunch time. Great dinner buffet options. Great location and lot to explore by walking around the Hotel, if you are looking to stay away from Funchal main city centre this is the one. Hardly 10 min drive or €13 euro Bolt Taxi to the Funchal city, € 9 Bolt taxi to the airport....

「We were pleased to have our room available for early check in (1 pm) as it was a rainy day. Check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. Breakfast choices were excellent although the buffet room often became crowded. Breakfast staff were efficient in removing plates, cleaning tables. We had appetizers and wine at the Noz Restaurant and the hummus and olive tapenade was excellent. Check-out early in the morning (4:30 am) was efficient and helpful.
