「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” .
