I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The space is huge for the price you pay. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The rest of the loft included a kitchen, dining area, oversized bedroom and, up a few steps, an oversized living area with two sofas. I’d recommend the owners provide directions on how to operate the tv / cast to the TV. The area outside can be loud at night.

Room was good everything okk but parking was not included even on expedia that shows parking included but i didnt get parking after contacting them they told me to park somewhere else thats 6 7 minutes walking distance from there and i have to pay extra for that

Loved the place. First floor was nice. Several dining options nearby as well as grocery and liquor store. A bit of a walk to Old Town but not unreasonable. Nicely stocked kitchen, Ikea like furnishings, clean and quiet. Some homeless around but not any more than other big cities and never felt unsafe. Definitely recommend.

We really liked our stay. There were many pluses to this location and just a couples of areas to improve. We loved the spaciousness of our apartment. Very large bedroom and even larger living room and dinning. The kitchen was perfect. Just the coffee carafe was missing. And we had trouble connecting with Netflix. We loved having the grocery store a block away and the pharmacy 2 blocks away. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area as well. We absolutely loved the walk by the close by river and the proximity to the old town area. We would stay here again.

Big 2 bedroom apartment

The apartment was big. We had a good 2 nights' stay. There was a washing machine and dryer which were very useful after coming from other cities, however, there was no detergent provided. We had to purchase our own and left the remaining in the apartment. There was only one air-conditioning unit in the apartment and installed in the living room. We have to open our rooms to make the cold air go inside. We requested for electric fans and only one was provided but it was ok since I brought a mini electric fan. Their customer service responds quickly with our queries. The apartment is well located and near a Metro supermart. Overall, our stay was ok except for some minor issues mentioned above.

The room was spotless and comfortable—lots of breakfast options on the street. It's quite a hike to the old city, though it's within walking distance from the train station.

This loft is a newly built condo, which is very modern and clean. Really like it. It's situated near the Old Port and the street was closed for walking in the summer. Great place, great location.

Overall, great location and the property is excellent. At night time, it is very loud and noisy due to the neighboring bars. We could not sleep especially after being tired sightseeing all day.

Great place to stay especially for families. A playpen was provided which was very appreciated! You do get a bit of noise between floors amd from the street. I reccommend bringing blackout curtains if your littles need a dark sleeping space. Otherwise plenty of space to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked except could use a bit more kitchen cloths! About a 20 mins walk to old Quebec.

Clean and spacious property. But there are no enough amenities such as coffee and rinse. Also the rooms have no windows and no sound proofing at all. Only window at the living room is too close to the street and pedestrians could see inside if there’s no curtains. I had to cover the window during the entire my stay at this property. In addition to this, on the way to the walk to the old Quebec City, even though it’s a day time there were many homeless people on the streets. One advice for those who bring their vehicles, there’s one huge parking lot 3 min away from this property. And it’s way reasonable rates than the parking fee that the property offered.

Area seems to be up and coming. Restaurant options were good but we had to find our own parking offsite. Parking was only about 5 min walk though. Could walk to old Quebec but would be about 40 min walk.

The apartment is amazing, it has a very good space for you or your group, good kitchens and the laundry room. However, the parking options are not as closer as you would like, the area sometimes feels alone, and the garages I found was some suspicious

Communication with staff was very good. Early check in was not available due to high season which is understandable but they responded to my requests quickly! The location was very close to the train station and cafes, restaurants and groceries were right outside the door. The loft was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

The suite was very nice as well as huge. The kitchen was will equipped. The couches and TV and WiFi where great. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the edge of the walled old town. For the price it was amazing. The of site parking is about a block away an there was no street parking in front of the loft when we arrived. When we left we had no problem getting street parking in from of the loft. There was some street noise that we heard within the unit (the windows did little to block the noise).
