The service is very good: while it is mostly self-service, there is always someone available and attentive, with fast and clear communication, especially via WhatsApp. The room has a lot of local charm and character. It truly feels like living in Québec rather than staying in a generic hotel. It is comfortable, well maintained, and full of personality. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Old Québec, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, it offers great service and a very authentic experience. Highly recommended.
