We checked in at your hotel at 4:30 PM, and upon arrival, we found our room extremely hot, while the outside temperature was around 35°C. Despite our attempts to adjust the thermostat, the room remained uncomfortably warm. We contacted the front desk at 5:30 PM, and were told maintenance would be notified.
After heading to the pool for some time and returning, we found the room still hot. We followed up again with the front desk and were told maintenance had been called, but no one had reached out to us with any update.
Later that evening, we returned to the room around 11 PM, only to find the AC still not working properly and the temperature still at 25.2°C. At that point, we were offered a fan or to change rooms. Given the exhausting day we had — after a long drive and with a child and an elderly family member — we had no choice but to gather all our belongings and move to another room late at night.
What added to our frustration was that the room was clearly not inspected for comfort before check-in, and there was a lack of proactive communication or follow-up from staff regarding the issue. However, we do want to acknowledge the kindness of one staff member who helped us move our luggage during the room transfer.
We hope you take this feedback seriously, as guest comfort and communication are essential, especially when traveling with vulnerable family members.
