Stayed on night for a conference, and can’t complain about anything. Check-in was smooth, room was clean. Bed were comfy, breakfast was ok (it is not a huge buffet, but was more than enough for me). Gym was functional (it is very basic, but I was able to workout). I would stay again. For business, definitely booking it again.

The property was comfortable and nice and very close to the shopping areas. There were 2 washers and dryers. Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue where the toilet had to be fixed but that was dealt with. The staff was friendly and although you could tell the difference between when certain staff cleaned, it was still not bad. The breakfast was continental style with bagels, toast, boiled eggs, fruits (Apple oranges, and bananas), yogurts, fruit cocktail (which seemed a bit more fresh than the canned version) and the standard tea and coffee.

The bed was really comfortable (I like firm beds due to my backache) and room was good. Staff is kind and helpful. Underground parking is included with the stay. As for Cleanliness, it is average and they can do better. There are some places available for dinner and a bakery close by (3-4 mins drive away) is not to be missed. Continental Breakfast is served, pancakes, bread, bagels, cream cheese, butter, cornflakes and milk, coffee n tea also available. Boiled eggs are available too (but they cold which is why I didn’t like them) Otherwise nice place for a stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on a major bus route and free bus passes were provided. It was easy to get to downtown Quebec City. There are several nice restaurants in walking distance and a shopping centre close by. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the continental breakfast was nice - great coffee!!
