Downtown Quebec City

Clean rooms, spaciousness, easy access to the old town sites. Communication needs to improve regarding how the kitchen is stocked and limited amenities regarding soap, shampoo and how to work the HVAC and tv.

J'ai beaucoup amé mon séjour, mais j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait des ascenseurs. L'escalier pour se rendre au 2e étage (et pour monter les escaliers dans le loft du haut) sont très étroites et c'est haut. Mais sinon: c'était très bien.

Loft de 2 chambres très bien situé, confortable. attention, escalier à 45 degrés. Une chambre spacieuse avec grande SDB, or la SDB de l’autre à distance et minuscule. On a reçu à14h00 un mail nous précisant que le logement ne pouvait être pris qu’à 18h00 au lieu de 16h00. Indispensable d’avoir un forfait internet pour ces infos de dernière minute. La vaisselle était très sommaire et abîmée

Hidden gem

What a beautiful charming place. It’s in an aged building and they have incorporated that into the decor. Large windows, a balcony off one of the bedrooms, lots and lots of light. Bedrooms are at the back away from the street and very quiet. Very European tranquil place that is perfect size, pictures did not do it justice. We where 2. It could easily accommodate 2 couples and still have lots of room to breath. Stairs from outside to first floor are very steep. No elevator. Not an issue for us. They even have hand sanitizer just inside the entranceway. About 20 minute walk to the centre of old quebec with a big hill. There where Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and cute stores including a grocery store, saw, and some market stores minutes away. We walked from train station with our suitcases, it was about 6 min walk all with sidewalks. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you need glasses cutlery dishes ect. Coffee maker was percolated and no coffee is included. They did have filters. I can’t wait to go back.

Very worn property. Needs maintenance. Wifi upstairs very slow and sometimes inexistent. Black out curtain of the center window in the master bedroom removed, so sunlight comes in in the morning. During our last night we ran out of hot water after 3 of our kids showered back to back. That has nothing to do with maintenance rather than to the place’s design, but I think it’s worth noticing

Magnifique Loft, on se sent chez soi. J'aurais apprécié qu'on ait du café et du thé pour le matin. J'en avais fait la demande, mais on m'a dit que ce n'était pas inclus. À ce prix là, c'est une erreur, surtout qu'il y avait une cafetière.

J'ai apprécié l'appartement surtout le kit de cuisine qui était complet bien que J'ai pas cuisiner, le confort des chambres aussi. Déplu le manque de parking que selon moi vous devez préciser sur le site ou lors des échanges avec le client. Superbe satisfait pour la communication a tout moment j'ai eu des réponses à mes questions.

À notre arrivée, propreté de l’appartement très moyen, plusieurs morceaux de vitre sur la table du salon et sur le sol, trace de moisi rose dans la douche, miettes sur le plancher. Par contre l’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien à moins d’un km de marche du vieux quebec, quartier vivant et plusieurs resto et boutiques sur la rue. Bien situé près de plusieurs activités (Village Valcartier, vieux Quebec, Aquarium, Musée de la civilisation) Très bien pour les familles.

Would happily go back!

Our stay at the Rue St. Joseph condos was perfect. It was easy going in and out and there's only one other condo in the building. We didn't hear others, so it was quite quiet! It's fairly close to Old Quebec, so we didn't have any problems driving back and forth. There are also quite a few restaurants within walking distance. A couple of things to note: 1. Parking is one street over, so best to try to unload bags and then pack. 2. Rue St. Joseph is closed 4:30 pm to 6-7am every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. So we had to haul all our bags over. 3. We were on the second floor, so had to climb two very-steep sets of stairs. There is no elevator.
