This property is in an excellent location for walking Old Quebec. Just like all the other properties around it, it is old and historical. Our room was on the second floor, overlooking the main road, which is a very busy road so that was a little tricky for sleeping. The room was compact, clean, comfortable bed, had a fridge and coffee maker. The building is well thought out, only having virtual staff was not a problem, there is a room with extra supplies and a microwave for all guests to use. I would definitely recommend this place to others to stay.

The room as very spacious and clean. No staff on site to advise of deficiencies, ie no shampoo and ran out of soap in the shower. We had to self stock the room ie wash clothes, toilet paper. The after check out luggage storage was not accessible. We were given a code but the lock was a key and not digital. Overall easy to access front door and room and very quiet.

Great location. There isn’t parking so if you have a lot of bags, you may need to drag them from a parking garage that is a ten minute walk away. It’s an old building so you get some creaking and smells but overall pretty comfortable and equipped. There is no staff or front desk but clear instructions are sent with the door codes to get in. Overall decent stay especially if you want to experience Old Quebec.

I liked that the property was within Old Quebec and close to a number of places to visit. Not having anyone the door or even maps and fliers of places or even where to go to get them was not helpful for sure. Often the front door lock didn't work, and my sisters door lock ran out a battery. She spent way too much time late at night trying to get into her apt.

This hotel is fully automated….no human staff on site We were locked out one evening with several other guests and everyone was calling all available phone numbers including emergency line without success…we were on the street in the evening not able to go inside for about an hour … Quite scary … It’s not pleasant experience .. We really liked the location and the hotel itself was nice Would be excellent if someone would be at the front desk at all times …pity
