「I had 2 complaints but as we were leaving, management approached us to ask about our stay and if we thought of anything that needed improvement. She addressed both of my concerns. One she had noticed herself, the other she promised to fix. Neither was a reason for us not to stay here again, so I won’t mention them in my review. But her approaching us definitely left a positive impression.」
