Don't be shy. Some wore bathing suits, but being nude or wrapped in a toga is the best way to fully enjoy the historical healing powers of the baths. Definitely worth being away from having a cellphone in your pocket. Don't hesitate to ask for and drink a lot of hot-springs water while you're in the turbo-tub, the sitz-bath, the steam-chamber, the calming-room and during the Swedish massage. Enjoy
