「Nice and quiet」

「Room was basic but very clean, secure and renovated. Pub was pleasant with excellent food. Overall stay was good value.」

「I really like the people that run it ...you can have a laugh and a joke and their professional. I love the quirky old fashioned styling but it's done in a modern way. The menu seemed basic but the quality of the food was fantastic everybody should try the prawns starter !!! Two dislikes Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use. The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside. I'm definitely going...

「Had a lovely stay at The Globe while in Topsham for the evening. The room was lovely and cosy, and although we didn't eat in the pub we did have a couple of drinks and it was a very nice lively place. Would stay again.」

「The hotel exceeds expectations. It is bright, modern, different in a good way. The staff are excellent - friendly, courteous, helpful, polite. The rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated. The bathroom spotless and well provided with toiletries. The in-room drinks were plentiful and varied. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and cooked to order in front of you. Will definitely return. 」
