「泳池相当美丽」

「Actually, I only stayed for one night, but the feeling was just okay. The lobby has kept my luggage in the lobby for a long time until I went downstairs and took it back by myself after few unanswered phone calls being made. Meanwhile, the TV channels are not enough without many choices. The washroom was small if compared to other five stars hotel. If you ask me whether I will stay there again, I won't. Overall, only a 3.5 stars hotel!」

「Great and amazing experience. Value for money. 5 star experience and for the price, it was really a steal. Only complain is the distance away from amenities as it was quite secluded and you need a car to access this resort. It’s not easily accessible by other means of transport.」

「Hotel cancelled our booking and did not even inform us! When we went to check in, staff said it was overbooked and our booking was cancelled! We drove over one hour at night just to be told this??? They couldn’t even inform me earlier so that I won’t have to drive so long? And there were a few other families all left stranded because their booking too was cancelled. Where were we supposed to go??? HORRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!」

「Good for last minute booking for a 2 day 1 night trip. 」

「客房裡面有一點點垃圾或食物沒有清乾淨。 客房廁所有些發霉黑點，也發現掛毛巾的拉環有損壞，雖然不影響住宿的使用，但希望能住到更乾淨的房間。 由於入住是星期五晚上，晚餐已先訂位吃到飽自助餐，但到現場才發現不是吃到飽自助餐，取而代之的是單點的餐點。餐點的選擇較少，外面的購物商場還比較好吃。」

「A spacious and cosy apartment with comfortable beds and beautiful view. We had a very good rest & sleep. 」

「This place is very good for Lego land visitors with family. I had one problem. We were 7 of us but the property is meant for max 3 to 5 persons We were told that they provide extra footon for 2 people but they are nothing more than a cheap foldable bed. There is no place to put the bed on the floor and the foldable bed is not a good quality bed. Else it’s a good property 」

「The room screen(mold and dirt) is not clean and smell. The room floor is not clean, the sofa is not clean, the bed spread is not clean, the bathroom floor is not clean. The room is spacious but not clean.」

「Dirty apartment, all the drains blocked showering for more than 2 minutes was not possible as you’d flood the bathroom, utensils are dirty and floor was oily. Kettle had old left over water from someone else 」

「We chatted with the company for many hours before we arrived. In spite of that the apartment was not cleaned when we came. It took 1 hour from contacting the owner until a team came to clean. The toilet was broken even after they were supposed to fix it. At times we could not flush. On the bright side the apartment was nicely decorated and the 2 ladies that finally came to clean was friendly and cleaned well. 」
