「Once at our arrival, Jose greeted us with a broad smile. Very attentive and friendly. He took his time to explain every aspect of the hotel and was very helpful when we needed help for directions. If i ever go back to Santa Marta, i would stay in this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommend 5 star!!」

「Overall Hotel’s conditions are pretty good. Rooms and común spaces are very nice and clean too.
Stairs at the enter of the property is a little uncomfortable to go up with baggage.
Location is convenient, too many places to eat and shopping, close to the beach and local amenities.
Staff is friendly and ready to assist you when you need it.
