This is not a 4 star hotel not even 2, has roaches, not water heater , not a fridge and when a went to ask at front desk. The guy almost laugh in my face. Is too expensive for the uncomfortable beds . They are hard as a rock

the room provided was not ready to be used safety due plumbing issues shower/toilets would not drain or flush properly. Time for check in and check out are not congruent as per listed in this site. Says check in 3pm but they would not assign the rooms as expected as first come first serve just at their own discretion making wait longer than 3. There’s a lack of consistency between the services listed and services provided as cleaning rooms, and checking out process for example checkin out listed at 1pm but they would enter your room at 12 pm .. which it’s rude.. if there’s this kind of inconsistencies should be mentioned at check in.. was not provided any information whatsoever. Also there’s no phones to reach the receptionist.. if any issues you will need to call them using your day which it’s a huge hassle when you are coming from out of Colombia.. I don’t recommend this place

Deberían tener más variedad en los desayunos y también ser claros a la hora de pagar esos cargos escondidos, realize el pago total cuando reserve y cuando llegue al hotel me cobraron un fee del cual jamás se habló en la reserva.

Deben mejorar el servicio al cliente

Deben mejorar el servicio. Llegué a las 2:30pm y solo me permitieron hacer el check in hasta las 3:00pm. A esa hora se congestionó el lobby con todos los huespedes haciendo check in. El desayuno al otro día fue un desastre. No había mesas, había gente quejándose que llevaban 1/2 hora esperando que trajeran las frutas, no había café, ni chocolate, ni jugo, tampoco cubiertos. había 2 mesas desocupadas pero sin recoger los platos de los huespedes anteriores, no había ningún mesero haciendo aseo. Al rato llegaron los cubiertos, pero estaban mojados y mal lavados. Es evidente que no están preparados para recibir la cantidad de huespedes del hotel. Solicité que me autorizaran un late check out pero la respuesta tajante fue que debía entregar la habitación a la 1:00pm o de lo contrario me cobrarían un excedente. El Tv de la habitación no funcionaba, tardaron mas de 1 hora para ir a revisarlo y tuve que volver a llamar a pedir el servicio. El A/C goteaba. La habitación es de buen tamaño y las camas son buenas. los baños deberían ser remodelados. La ubicación del hotel es buena y las instalaciones en general son aceptables. Solicité que emitieran la factura a nombre de mi empresa pero igualmente me dijeron que solo la podían emitir a nombre de Hoteles.com. No entiendo porque no pueden hacerlo si en otros hotels lo han hecho. Por favor Sr. administrador tome esto como una crítica constructiva para que mejoren los servicios del hotel.
